I was diagnoised recently(May 2018) with hypothyrodism and started on 50mg Levothyroine. My recent blood test showed TSH 3.7, nomral as before but Se Thyroid Peroxidase AB increased from 316 to 379. My medication was increased to 75mg daily but I still feel horrible , I have gained 5kg in 3 months, with fatigue off the scale, brittle nails, dry straw like hair and memory fuzz etc.
I am very patent and waiting for the fog to lift but its still rolling in after 3 months on meds.
Any advice please??

How long have you been on 75 mcg? It's still only a small dose, and you are certainly going to need another increase. Your TSH is still too high, and saying you're hypo.
The antibodies rising doesn't mean anything, they fluctuate all the time. Both are over-range, so you have Hashi's. Not much point in testing them again.
OK, so it's very early days. It's very important to be patient with this disease. Any attempts at short-cuts will take you straight back to square one.
