Can you suddenly become intolerant to levo?

Same brand etc. I used to be ok on it although undermedicated. Since being really unwell and taking t3 only, I added in levo to keep cost down, but I’m sure it’s made me feel worse. Can this happen? Or has anyone had experience of suddenly not being able to tolerate t4?

Do you mean you reduced your T3 and added levo? If you don't convert very well, that probably now means that you're under-medicated.

No I didn’t reduce, just added in levo instead

Of increasing t3 x

OK, I see. Well, if you needed an increase in T3, and you can't convert the levo, that would still leave you under-medicated.
