Welcome to our forum and you just joined yesterday but you have given no information or thyroid history on your profile about what type of thyroid dysfunction you have.
Can you give background to your condition please?

Four months isn't long enough on levothyroxine as it has to be increased very slowly until when both your FT4 and FT3 are in the upper part of the ranges you should feel an improvemen. I do know that these are rarely tested.
At present T3 is quite difficult to source and some prices have gone sky-high.
I will have to close your post just in case a T3 source is posted on the forum as it isn't permitted. Those who have information will respond but I would be careful and check the person is a long-time member as you may be given information which isn't authentic.
