hi guys..

Can i take.honey lemon and ginger tea as morning tea... After 1 hour of thyroid medication

Or sugest me a other morning tea

I would think that it is fine - it's only supplements that should be taken 4 hours apart from levo. I know that coffee can affect the uptake of the hormones so I would take coffee well away from your dose.

i wana tak milk tea but. I try to.quit milk.😓😓😓
