If new test results show similar shall I increase t3 or t4?

Latest results on 100+18.75

Ft3 5.6 (3.6-6.3)

Ft4 16 (12-22)

I've since decreased t3 to 15 levo is the same dose. Will have blood tests next week but know that it will take a while for Dr to come back with results. My period is 5 days early again and I'm feeling undermedicated. Which would you advice to increase? T3 or t4 please?

And which I think will be the case ft3 has sunk too would it be best to increase t3 then?

It really is a case of tweaking and seeing how you feel, tweaking again, etc. It took me many, many months of tweaking to find the right balance for me.

Your FT4 is only 40% through range. Your FT3 is 74% through range. You may be fine with your FT4 there, you may need it higher, only you will know that. I need my FT4 and FT3 around 75% through range, many people are fine with a much lower FT4 when FT3 is at the higher end of range.

If you increase your Levo, any natural conversion you may have should mean your FT3 will increase too.

I think that my ft3 will be lower this time as I'm feeling undermedicated again. If its around 50% what would you do?

If my FT3 was 50% I would be increasing T3.
