You’re still not on optimum dose at 75 so you’re still going to experience symptoms and they are not untypical. It’s a long road to get it right I’m afraid but with guidance on here you will
Your doctor prescribed levothyroxine for you at 25mcg. He has now prescribed 50mcg which is a starting dose and a 25mcg increase after a blood test which is the right thing to do.
Starting and stopping will not do you any favours but the doctor should have prescribed sufficient.
Levothyroxine is taken on an empty stomach - with one full glass of water and wait an hour before eating. Food and coffee interfere with the uptake of the hormones.
All blood tests have to be at the earliest possible, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take afterwards.
Your also need B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate tested - - everything has to be optimal. Ask also for thyroid antibodies to be tested as that would mean you have an Autoimune Thyroid Disease - also called Hashimoto's but treatment is the same. It is important to know if antibodies are present - GP may be unaware of this.
Ideally we need a TSH of 1 or lower, a Free T4 and Free T3 in the upper part of the ranges - these are rarely tested but we have private labs who do home pin-prick tests. Always get a print-out of your results with the ranges. Ranges are important for members to comment upon as labs differ.

Thank you shaws,do you think also my t4 is low?? That's why I'm confused, having a lot of side effects, and not properly in optimum doze of levo, maybe i just need to change the brand of levo, any opinion??
You may not be having 'side effects' of levothyroxine but symptoms due to hypo which should be relieved as dose is increased. I shall give you a link - we are dealing with hormones and not medications. Thyroid hormones run our whole metabolism and if not optimum we don't feel good. Levothyroxine is known as T4 (an inactive hormone) and its job is to convert to T3. T3 is the active thyroid hormone required in our millions of T3 receptor cells and brain/heart contain the most. Our body cannot function with insufficient dose - I suppose you can look on thyroid hormones as the engine - without an optimum of thyroid hormones we cannot function.

As dose is increased TSH is lowered and FT4 and FT3 should be optimum but the latter two are rarely tested. We can get them privately through one of our recommended labs.
We have to read and learn - not too much but we will know more than most doctors/endocrinologists:-

Thank you shaws,I live in Kosova,(where the Dua Lipa and Rita Ora come from) here the hormonal tests are all private,we don't have any support from state, our poor lives makes us indifferent because everywhere you go you have to pay even though you are struggling with any disease, that's why I'm asking for help for any advice, god bless you all for helping us,today I'm so weak while menstruating heavy, and my doctor says it's not from levo, your doze is low it's impossible, yesterday i had short hair cut, such pressure on my scalps, itchy and a lot of hair out, thank you again!
Your bleeding is heavy because you aren't on the correct dose yet but you can't speed it up, we all have learnt to be patient!
