How does my free T4 seem to you here? I was pregnant and untreated, and later miscarried. Just trying to figure things out in my head before seeing my GP.

So sorry about your miscarriage, it happened to my daughter-in-law multiple times due to undiagnosed hypothyroidism. Your TSH obviously played a big part in that.
Your FT4 was 53% through range, possibly about right for a "normal healthy person" in some instances, but your TSH indicated that your thyroid was struggling.
Your raised thyroid antibodies indicated autoimmune thyroiditis aka Hashimoto's and it's possible that you could actually have been started on Levo by an enlightened doctor.
Oh Geez Rainbows, your post is heartbreaking and makes me SO angry. Why the hell can't doctors check on all of the obvious basic things especially for pregnant women.
