I know this has been discussed several times but just want to know if there is a little adjustment period taking Levo at night: I took it for the first time last night and I do think my sleep improved slightly but not great: insomnia is my biggest gripe

How are your vitamin D and B12 and folate levels?
Low vitamin D can affect sleep. Low vitamin D tends to go with low B vitamins

Make sure to retest thyroid levels after changing to bedtime dosing. It can be more effective
