Have done the test and just asking about returning please.

It has come with a UPS label. Do I just leave at a UPS drop off point. Or do I need to phone them up and book a pick up?

There should be instructions on how to return it that came with your kit.

I used Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day, it was cheaper than using a courier service for me.

They mention booking a collection on their account, but you will need to pay for that.

But they also mention UPS drop off point, but I'm unsure if I can just drop it off and it will be picked up?

Trying to get through to someone at UPS is tricky to.

Just wondering if anyone who has done before might be able to help.....

Hi, have just undertaken the same test and simply dropped off at my local UPS drop off point using the label provided. However before they released my results the lab called asking for payment of the return service, circa £9.00. This isnt made clear on the website when i initially ordered and paid online. Paid over the phone and results were released immediately.

May be easier to use royal mail using the tracking service.

I just got this test done recently can I ask how long did it take for your results to come through its been about a week now for me. 21/08/2018

As far as I am aware, the samples are sent to the US for testing. I think my results took about 2 weeks to come back.

I have a Regenerus test waiting to be done at the moment and I have done two previously.

Did you follow the instructions on ThyroidUK's website about how to order, which is by email or phone, and to mention ThyroidUK so that they get a donation?

I have always emailed my order to them and that way you don't pay in advance. There is a form included in kit which shows payment details, clearly shows the cost of the test at £78 plus underneath "Shipping £9.50" then in the box underneath is the total of £87.50.

You don't have to use the courier service in which case you cross out the shipping payment and only send the £78. It does say at the top

"Please note the enclosed instructions refer to UPS shipping for which there is a cost, shown below.

You may also post at your local post office but you must use guarantee first class service for next day delivery."

Hi SeasideSusie, I did originally call the number on the thyroid uk website quoting thyroid uk, however I was told that they couldn't take my order over the phone and directed me to their website. I did populate the medical practitioner field with thyroid uk, but not sure if this was sufficient to allow the discount. In future I will do as you suggest and email them via the address on thyroid uks website.
