Being reading a lot advice needed re: autoimmune

Following on from last post and all the help full advice

I'm wondering if it's possible I have some other form of auto immune my doctor laugh when I approached I got the speal that sometimes symptoms can not be medically explained what in God name is her job so.

Problems

Ana was negative but crp was raised albumin was lower than range, my symptoms are I've a terrible pain if I lie on left side at night it last few hours in the morning so I went for scan found right kidney distended no problems found on left side. No follow up no urine test it b fine...

Fatigue like exhausted getting worse and worse, morning headaches, dry eyes sores inside nose and mouth, sore throats swollen glands, aches pains in joints, weight can not lose anything, photosensitivity exposure to sun I'll attach photo this is quite mild case it can be way worse.... there are more but brain goosed this morning, I'm sick again I catch ever cough and cold going...

I know lupus can affect kidneys but because ana negative they won't do anymore.

Is there any doctor in Ireland that could help.. endo ent are done with me endo says my bloods are perfect now and ent could not find cause for symptoms case closed...

The info was super helpful I'm not looking to repeat.... that was in reference to hypothyroidism.. from reply got I did a lot of reading and I think I may have another auto immune disorder so my question is who could help me diagnose it my bloods are ana negative...

Ah could it be the rash caused by Gluten allergy - Herpetiformis or some such name ?
