Thybon hennings
You will need to see thyroid specialist for full evaluation and private prescription first
Essential to test vitamin D, folate, B12 and ferritin. If any of these are too low then nether Levothyroxine or T3 can work
If you add your most recent results and ranges for
TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies and also vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 members can advise
75mcg dose of Levothyroxine may simply not be high enough dose. Most patients eventually need somewhere between 100mcg and 200mcg Levothyroxine
TSH should be around one and FT4 towards top of range and FT3 at least half way in range
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies or vitamins

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. When on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, (and if on T3 don't take in 12 hours prior to test,) delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
If antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known by medics here in UK more commonly as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto's. Low vitamins are especially common with Hashimoto's. Food intolerances are very common too, especially gluten. So it's important to get TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested at least once .
Thanks slowdragon I love the name. As I’m a fan of dragons 🤗. As u r aware dr don’t do the T3 and even refuse to give a referral to see endo . It is sad we have to beg for our treatment and still not get it . My mate in Australia is on thybon she is doing great with it .
So you will need full private Thyroid testing including FT3, antibodies and vitamins first
We have to get vitamins optimal before starting T3 and if you have Hashimoto's then most likely need to try strictly gluten free diet first too
GP can't refuse a private consultation, but if results show abnormal levels they can't refuse referral to NHS endo either.....though there can be very long wait
Email Thyroid UK for list of recommended thyroid specialists, some are T3 friendly

I don't know if you can get Thybon Henning without prescription, I would have thought not, but the German pharmacies in Thyroid UK's article are all we know at present who will dispense with prescription.
But as SlowDragon as said, if you get full testing done and post results here then we should be able to help you.
Your prescription doesn't need to specify Thybon Henning- just liothyronine 20mcg, number of tablets and 'to be taken as directed.' Then you post it to Germany.
Thanks for all the replies and support well appreciate. I will see my Gp get my bloods done again
