Hi. These are my most recent results. I’d really appreciate your advice. I’ve recently started on T3 only after being very unwell with migraine. Thank you.

Thyroid results are what you'd expect to see when on T3 only. If you are still symtomatic there's room to increase dose of T3 as FT3 is still quite low in range.
Ferritin is fine, are you supplementing?
Vit D needs to be 100-150nmol/L.
Folate is recommended to be at least half way through it's range.
B12 482pmol/L converts to 653pg/ml and it says in the book "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
So you are over the 550pg/ml and have a very reasonable level so it's up to you whether you want to get it nearer the 1000pg/ml which would be about 735pmol/L.
Thank you so much 😊
Hi. I have been supplementing iron until about a month before the blood test when I stopped all supplements. When I last had it tested it was within range but low. I know my digestion is very unsettled (poorly formed floating stools). I’ve just begun taking digestive enzymes and have bought kefir to try. Hopefully this will settle things. Thank you for your input yesterday 😊
