I've had my bloods results back and my TSH is 1.27 id like it under 1 preferably.

I currently on 125mg so if I up this to 150mg will that be ok?

Obviously the 25 mcg increase in dose should reduce the TSH. But personally I'd not medicate on TSH alone, but get FT4, FT3 and Total thyroxin tests too. Unfortunately it is very unlikely a NHS doctor would do this, thus why so many of us turn to private labs like Medichecks and Blue Horizon. If you go down that route then probably worth getting your VitD, B12, folate and ferritin tested too, even two autoimmune antibodies tested. These 'extras' depend of course if you have ever had the lot tested, and if so say in the last year....perhaps worth consideration say in 6 weeks to check your TSH under 1 in 6 weeks, but also see if other thyroid etc figures acceptable and supporting thyroid health then.
