If you don't think you can draw blood yourself, either of them may suggest where you could get blood drawn.

Make sure you are well-hydrated a couple of days before and hands/arms are warm so blood can flow easily. Draw blood as early as possible. If you were taking thyroid hormones, allow a gap of 24 hours between last dose and test and take afterwards.
