Hello Lyn - this looks a lot better than the rip off bloods tests I was encouraged to have by a London clinic at £430 !!! 😩

A question : if I have the vitamin one - I have read I should stop supplements prior to having it ? I take a Vit B lingual - & many others !

To be honest, it's best to ask Medichecks. My feeling is that if you are testing to see what your levels are now, rather than what they would be on them, then you only need to stop for a few days (or even one). I think it takes around three months for levels to properly improve on supplements so surely it would take that time to reduce down again. However, I am not a nutritionist so I could be talking rubbish! :-)

We emailed a few months back when you were looking for case studies for national paper ? Then we also spoke on the phone -you said you’d send me the link of the lady that did give her study ? Interesting reading 🤔
