Sore nipples days leading up to ovulation

Is this because to much or too little t4 or t3? I not jet on an optimal dose and the last year I have had this a couple of times but can't figure out if it's when I on too much meds or too little. Anyone?

Sounds normal rather than thyroid related

But it only started once on thyroid meds.

As thyroid replacement starts to work normality returns, sore boobs is absolutely normal.

As others have said and I suffered too, but Evening Primrose Oil capsules helped immensely.
