I believe you do need your dose increased, your TSH should be around 1 while medicated. Are you aware you have hashimotos? Your folate could use improvement too. B12 and ferritin are fine.

Because both of your antibodies are raised :)

Yes indeed you do need to increase your dose. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well. You need an extra 25mcg immediately, followed by a retet in 6-8 weeks, another increase of 25mcg and further retesting/increasing every 6-8 weeks until your levels are where they need to be for you to feel well.

As Thyroidorwhat says, you have autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's as confirmed by your raised antibodies. Were you aware of this? If not then you need to adopt a strict gluten free diet to help reduce the antibodies, which has helped many members here. Gluten contains gliadin (a protein) which is thought to trigger autoimmune attacks so eliminating gluten can help reduce these attacks. You don't need to be gluten sensitive or have Coeliac disease for a gluten free diet to help.

Supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily can also help reduce the antibodies, as can keeping TSH suppressed.

Your Active B12 is at a good level but your folate is too low. B12 and folate work together, folate should be at least half way through it's range. A good B Complex such as Thorne Basic B or Igennus Super B will help raise your level. If you buy a different brand then make sure it contains "active" ingredients and look for methylfolate 400mcg.

Ferritin is good.

And from your previous post, Vit D at 83nmol/L is a bit low. The Vit D Council recommends a level of 100-150nmol/L.
