No-one can tell you that without seeing your blood test results. Do you have them?

Hi Dils, sorrr you are still getting annoying symptoms.

I found temperature and weight my best guide. Feeling cold and putting on weight = underactive. Hot, no appetite and anxious = hyper. I got foot pain (plantar fasciitis pure agony), swelling and itching on shins and puffy face but at this point I was yoyoing between hyper and hypo, and had many mixed symptoms even when just hypothyroid, so I am a bit of an oddity! Each person varies.

I hope you are generally feeling better than when we last spoke, and your next blood test will shed light on need for any dosage changes .

It can take a while to get the best dose sorted out.

It is hard to say if you need more or less thyroxine. I used to feel cold internally all the time and wore lots of clothes when others were in tee shirts. Sounds like you don’t have that. The itching and swelling can be caused by both hyper and hypo so only the blood tests can help guide you. If TSH is 0.25 - 0.5 that is good 👍🏽 more than 0.5 you probably need more medication, less than 0.25 indicates a reduction in dose is needed. Hope that helps.
