Your TSH is still high so a raise in dose is good, many docs wouldn't have done that but yours seems to be on the ball.

Will I feel well one day or is this it. Ever since I was diagnosed with underactive thyroid 13 years ago I have felt like I'm getting flu every day, I can't remember what it feels like to feel well.

You really need vitamins and minerals testing

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

Low levels bring their own symptoms, optimal levels are needed for thyroid hormone to work properly.

Have you had thyroid antibodies tested - Thyroid Peroxidase/Thyroglobulin? That would tell you if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).

I put a picture of my results as I have no idea what all of this means. This is the first full blood test iv had in years. What vitamins do I need and what ones are best.

Yes, I saw your picture of your results, and there are no vitamins and minerals or antibody tests there. I have listed what you need testing in my previous reply.

The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well. Your GP did the correct thing raising your dose of Levo, but as mentioned you need optimal levels of vitamins and minerals so that thyroid hormone can work properly. And know if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) means that other measures to help can be taken.

Have you had your nutrients tested : vit D, vit B12, folate, ferritin? If your nutrients are low, not only will that make you feel bad, but will mean that your body won't be able to use thyroid hormone efficiently.

Well, thank you for the compliment. :)

Yes, it is rare to get full bloods. But, it should be part of a GP's job to test for nutrients. They are very, very important. So, do ask.
