Fasting Glucose Test

Hoping someone can help with results from a fasting glucose test. I have an appointment with gp on Monday. I like to jave my questions ready the day of the appointment as when I return with questions, I am regularly dismissed. I know this is a thyroid board, but I am not sure where else to go. This could be nothing, but seemed odd that my 1 hour post payload (after drinking glucose) was lower than my fasting glucose and my 2 hour post payload was a wee bit higher than my 1 hour. Any suggestions why or questions I should ask? Results:

12 hour fasting glucose: 4.2 mmol/l

1 hour after ingesting glucose: 3.4 mmol/l

2 hour after ingesting glucose: 3.6 mmol/l

I can only say that I agree. I would have expected your sugar levels to rise after the glucose but not an expert.
