Help onBlood results T4/ T3 combi, and sex hormone result and fluctuating BP

TSH 0:004 Range 0.35 -4.94 no change was 0.004

T4 11:5 Range 9,00-19.00 Was 12.7 .

T3 4:6 Range 2.90 - 4.90. Was 4.9

SHBG. 62.7 Range 16.70- 124.40. Was 72 all same ranges

GP said she is going to fill my Endo in with it SHGB dropping , and said hopefully between the two of them the6 can get me sorted but thinks I’m going to be a difficult one to get right.

my BP is fluctuating 87/59 to 134/65 And normal at times pulse from 72 to 105 and all at random times

Gp said it’s an endocrine problem, but silly me forgot to ask what? I’m seeing her again next week , only just had thyroid bloods for Endo so do not know when I will be seeing him !

Any ideas anyone? I feel energetic some days and others completely wiped out ???
