You said you were taking 31mcg Grossman T3 and Thyroxine 50mcg/75mcg in your post of 2 months ago. What are you actually taking at the moment and what are your TSH and FT4 results as well as FT3.

I started taking vitamins and worked really well I went over so Dr took me off now I am ready for a small dose my tsh is

3.16 mcUI/mL 0.38-5.33 not had ft3 done i am abroad

With a TSH of 3.16 then it would be usual to take Levo, get TSH down to 1, see where FT4 and FT3 lie which would tell you if there's a conversion problem which would benefit from the addition of T3.

Thanks I am trying just 25mg Levi and see how I go will keep updated
