There is only one lactose free Levo tablet in the UK and that is Teva.
Click on the link for the pdf document "Thyroid Hormone Replacements" to see ingredients of all Levo. There are oral solutions that are lactose and wheat free but your GP would have to be willing to prescribe them

I've ended up on the liquid Levo as cannot tolerate lactose or the Mannitol in Teva. It was a heck of a fight but so worth it. The liquid is very expensive. Note that lactose is a FODMAP - food that ferments in the gut.
