As stated in replies to your previous post you are mildly anaemia. This could be from something simple like heavy periods and or diet deficient in iron. I became anaemia after several nose bleeds. In women of menstruating age it is normally due to periods. That doesn’t mean you just ignore it, you up your iron either from diet or from supplements. You then have repeat bloods in 3 months to check what is happening. Please be aware it is dangerous to over supplement with iron, and if tablets or medicine they have to be taken at least 4 hours away from levothyroxine.
Don't panic! Easier said than done I know but you just need things tweaking a little. I think many are in your position but don't know-you are getting a nudge to improve things. Do you suffer from heavy periods? That could well be a reason and a reason for that could be down to thyroid bloods not being quite right for you. Have you got any recent results and ranges you can post so we can be better informed and see if you need help there as well.
Thank you yes I have quite heavy and painful periods and I was in hospital as well with inflamation in pancreas.They used to take also bloods of me.When I was in hospital my tsh was 11 (they didn’t do t3) and t4 was somewhere in between 11 or 12 can’t remember sorry.I can’t up the Ndt dose as I have adrenal problems which needs addressing .I have started Adrenavive II from DR P gone up to 1 capsule and 1/4 ndt and 1/4ndt ( my blood results came down in less than two weeks tsh 5.2 ft4 13.5 ft3 4.2 ) I understand iam undermedicated as yet cause of my adrenals trying to get them sorted .Last week Sunday I noticed palpitations jittery feeling and temp raise to 36.9 sometimes 37.than I spoke on a Monday with dr P he told me to continue and try again if I get palpitations and hyper like symptoms I should stop 1/4 ndt afternoon and carry on with 1/4. Morning only and 1 capsule Adrenavive II.So I tried that and I straight away cut off 1/4ndt and still the same jittery feeling raised glheart rate 80bpm temp was yesterday even 37.2 nearly all day .So I emailed his seceretary she told me to stop everything till they will ring me today.I think Adrenavive has started to kick in and there are two thing : my ndt is going way too much to rt3 and everything must be stop led for some time and restarted again first with Adrenavive so rt3 meanwhile goes down or iam thyrotoxic.as I felt worse and worse extreamly tired weird and dizzy.So waiting for their call.
Secondly I have seen nutritionist and naturopath and he made personalised plan for me for 12 months as he deals with Hashimotos and hypothyroid and all autoimmune conditions .He scanned my body and did all other checks and told me what and where I must work on .I have parasites in my body metal toxicity Candida Etc so now Iam following his program .iam now doing liver kidney and bladder cleans and flush for 9 days than will follow parasite cleans for two weeks than I will see him again to discuss everything else.
I am gluten and lactose free I try to eat as clean as I can .I have now at the min very loud hissing In my head for many many month hair fall eyebrows and eyelashes dry skin on scalp and hands eye pain blurry vision constipation and at times runny .I do take vitamin c 3G a day magnesium 400 oil spray folic acid 400 omega 3 x2 digestive enzymes from Pure Encapsulations with BHL selenium 200 liquid vitamin d 3000.
