Organic Yeo Valley plain yoghurt, fresh fruit, blueberries, apricots etcetera and a big handful of various nuts.
I take thyroid meds about three minutes before porridge. Coffee and bran affect levothyroxine absorption, so avoid having these within an hour of taking levothyroxine. You can of course take your levothyroxine at bedtime if you find that easier.
Two Weetabix a banana and almond milk.
Take meds at 7.30am. Drink smoothie containing walnuts, almonds, avocado, mixed frozen berries, banana, ginger, lime juice and spinach (don't be put off..it tastes good) at 9.30. I read that milk inhibits T4 uptake so I avoid this and also caffeine for a few hours after meds.
Ooooh that sounds utterly delicious 🤤 thank you 🙏🏼
