Low MPV - feeling worried

Hi all, I’ve finally had somebody listen to me when I say I don’t feel well. I have swollen glands, lymph nodes, sore throats, headaches, bruising, nose bleeds, can’t sleep, night sweats, palpitations as well as no energy and aching all over.

I have a house in Spain so decided to go private and see a doctor here. The results have now come in and I’m feeling worried. Could anybody give advice please? I’m going to see the doctor tomorrow but wondered if I should be asking him to do something in specific

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Went back to doctor apparently I’m fine so that’s wonderful! So why do I still feel awful. He says my test results that were outside of levels don’t mean anything and do I feel depressed ? Grrrrrrrrr
