Myocarditis and Hypothyroidism

Hi, I am on levothyroxine sodium 100ug and has a chest pain three nights back. Went to the A and E and the cardiologist found out that I have myocarditis. Does anyone have any similar experience, if yes then what treatment would you recommend??

What brand of T4 do you take ? People have been having issues with the Teva brand. I noticed i had some discomfort in the chest area on it. Switched brand and no discomfort. It was very mild so i wouldn't describe it as pain.
