Anti Microsomal anti Body - anyone?

hello! I have recently been diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism..

My Anti tpo returned negative

Anti Mircosomal was 5.9 (no range given)

I thought the above two were the same thing as it was confusing on the blood result report... however according to my gp these are different.

Does anyone know about this?
