Start taking levo

I post here several times before

I with hashimoto one year ( antibodies above 1000)

In this year my tsh go between 3.3 to 4

Ft4 between 12.5 to 13.5 ( range 7-16)

And ft3 between 5 to 6.4 (range 2-7.1)

I have 2 cyst that the bigger ine is 13 mm

I did fna that comeback ok

My endo never wants to give me levo beacuse my tsh is ok

Today i saw diffrent endo that agreed to give me levo after my ft4 droped to 10.6

He give me 50mg 6 times in week

I start to free gluten and supplementing selenium 200 before 2 month and its help me with my brain fog

My questions is if to stop take selenium when i start levo

Its danger to take together?

No, you don't stop taking selenium. Just don't take selenium and Levo at the same time. Leave at least 2 hours. I take my selenium after my evening meal, and my Levo first thing in the morning.

Meybe i can restart eating gluten

Its possibble?

That levo fix the brain fog and i can eat gluten again

You have Hashi's.

I haven't read your past threads but I expect you have been told that a gluten free diet can help reduce antibodies. It's not all about brain fog, gluten affects the gut so it would be wise to stick to your gluten free diet I think.
