I've had my bloods done and TSH 2.61 (range 0.5-5.5) T4 19.1 (range 12-22) 3 months ago TSH was 0.9 and I still feel as bad as I did when I got diagnosed back in Oct with TSH 39 and T4 9. I'm on 75mcg levothyroxine daily. vitamin tests I had done gp says all good so why do I still feel so ill?

All that means is that they are somewhere within the range. But it's where in the range that's important. So ask for the results, with reference ranges, and post them on the forum for members to comment. We need optimal levels for thyroid hormone to work properly and "all good" doesn't necessarily mean optimal.
It doesn't really matter much where TSH is as it's not a thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormones are FT4 and FT3 and those are the important results - particularly FT3 as T3 is the active hormone that every cell in our bodies need. If FT3 is low then you will get symptoms.

Are those your most recent results? And was TSH 0.9 before?
Have you had thyroid antibodies testing?
Those are my most recent, Yes! TSH was 0.9 3 months ago (T4 not tested) no, no antibodies tested. I'm being referred to a consultant as I insisted that I don't feel good. Plus I'm seeing a private consultant aswell as a back up

What about the vitamin test results?
You need thyroid antibodies testing - both types - Thyroid Peroxidase and Thyroglobulin - and FT4 and FT3 tested at the same time to see if you are converting T4 to T3 well enough.
Your current TSH shows that you are undermedicated yet your FT4 is in a pretty good place.
