Hi, new to this forum. Was diagnosed hypo aged 61, two years ago, having been borderline for around eight years prior. Took 25mcg Levothyroxine for around 6months before symptoms returned then upped to 50mcg gradually. Been fine on 50 mcg for last year and a half approx but started on symptoms again in last few weeks. Trying alt 50 and 75 dose for a few weeks before next blood test. I take my Levo at bed time around 11pm as I feel better for it. Should I skip this if I’m having a morning blood test? If so, when do I take the one I missed?

You could skip your bedtime dose and take it immediately after the blood draw, then take your next bedtime dose as normal.
