The generally accepted dose of K2-MK7 is 100mcg per day if taking up to 10,000IU.

Most K2-mk7 supplements come in 90-100mcg doses and, as Spongecat says, that is the correct amount for up to 10,000iu D3. It's important to remember that K2 is fat soluble so, like D3, needs to be taken with some dietary fat, usually the fattiest meal of the day. If you buy a K2-mk7 softgel they usually contain extra virgin olive oil and in that case taking it with something like a full fat yogurt or toast with butter would be enough extra fat.

A good K2-mk7 softgel is Healthy Origins.
