?Fluctuating symptoms following change of Levothyroxine dose?

A recent blood test showed I needed to increase my Levothyroxine dose from 125mcg. Because I felt overmedicated on 150mcg, a few months ago, I decided to increase my dose to 150mcg on Mon, Wed, Fri and thought I'd give myself a fighting chance, after the blood results which arrived on Thursday, by taking 150mcg on Friday and Saturday, then back to 125mcg on Sunday, before starting my planned regime of 150mcg three times a week. I've been suffering with terrible anxiety over the past few months, and on Monday and Tuesday my anxiety had gone (after only 3 days on 150mcg [Fri, Sat, Mon], but today my anxiety's back with a vengeance!! Is this just coincidence, or might this be due to me going back to my regular dose of 125mcg yesterday? Can irregular dose changes cause fluctuating symptoms, and should this level out as the higher dosage gets into my system? Today's Wed so took the planned increase of 150mcg today, so we'll see how I feel tomorrow (even though I'll be taking 125mcg tomorrow). Would be grateful for anyone's thoughts/advice/reassurance. They sometimes cause fluctuating symptoms at first but settle down after a few days.

One needs to give the body time to acclimate to new changes . Also I don't know if your on some very important nutrients that help with our thyroid meds to work better for us .

Vitamin "D" , B-12/folate , Iron if labs are low (ferritin) , Magnesium , Selenium .
