Improvements with supplements

There has been some improvement with taking supplements, i have had more consistent days where I have been active longer, when I do get some sleep(this has been a few times in the last two weeks), I have actually been able to fall asleep faster and fall back asleep when waking.

I had to cut down to one pill each because I was having some weird burning sensations and poking in the middle of the night; it doesnt happen as often now thankfully. I have since upped the top half of my supplement list to two pills a day and keeping the bottom half at one pill a day. My mood still is up and down. But I did switch to taking the supplements after eating, I think someone on here suggested it and that has helped dramatically! And bowl movements are regular finally. I have started taking Zypan the full 3 pills three times a day, it is a digestive enzyme and I beleive its been helping alot.

So I think the supplements are helping, there is visible progress, however I am a little concerned about my thyroid levels as I am taking supplements in the morning and am afraid it might be inhibiting absorbtion. My reason for this is that my period was still heavy in the beginning and I have been more cold as well as experiencing paranoia and depression again (a symptom I experienced when my levels were way off previously).

I understand people dont like to talk about these kinds of things, but I think they are a part of the symptoms that can be experienced with hashimotos and or hypo thyroid. I was previously hyperthyroid and my doctor claimed it was graves disease. So although I’d like to say I was happy and healthy before, I really can’t. But I can say that being on the otherside of the spectrum is quite different and it hurts when I am not understood and loosing friends.
