Does anyone know how long a gap I need to leave between taking my thyroxine/ T3 and my dispersible Iron supplement?
I know they clash so I was wondering
I really want an iron infusion. Can I pay for this? Does anyone have any leads?

4 hours between iron and thyroid meds, two hours between iron and any other supplement/medication.
No idea about paying for an iron infusion , sorry.
Are you sure you are getting enough vitamin c. Lack of it can impair iron absorbtion
My iron supplement is mixed with vitamin c. Thank you x
