Could I still be having too much Adrenal Cortex?

Hi everyone ! I did put a post on here a couple of weeks ago regarding my Adrenal problem, ie, switching from Nutri Adrenal to ThorneACE.,and did have some helpful replies from people telling me that they also had some difficulties with N.A. And said That ThorneACE was gentler though weaker !

Well in the last two weeks I switched from 125mg N.A, plus 100 Thorne.........to 50mg N.A, plus 200mg Thorne. And in the last two weeks I have had a drugged head feeling, headaches, and tiredness, woosy when shopping and still have night time palpitations (about 10-20mins), But my shaky hands are slightly less.

My question is :- am I perhaps not taking enough adrenal cortex or taking too much Cortex? Or is this my body trying to get used to the switch in adrenal supports ?

I do take all my dose in the morning as that's when I'm at my worst. But just wondered how you thought these results were before any adrenal supplements ?

My saliva tests were as follows:-

Cortisol am 14.10.........5.1-40.2 Optimal 18-35

Cortisol noon..5.39.....,,....2.1-15.7. Optimal 6.12

Cortisol eve....3.42.............1.5- 8.0. Optimal 2.0-5.0

Cortisol night..0.99.............0.33-7.0. Optimal 1.0-4.0
