Has anybody had successful detoxing please? Bearing in mind what im reading about taking great care, if adrenals have been low and thyroid?
Feel this would really help wellbeing, used to do it years ago without a thought but was well then.....feel liver needing it big time, but warnings everywhere if immune system down
- think also need to treat some candida, still healing gut....
Feels like info overload for sure ๐๐ฑ๐๐ธ
Grateful for any success stories pls xx

jeppy, this just caught by eye from looking at your past posts. I was on Dr. Stoll's Bulletin Board for years as I mentioned before. Detox is not to be taken lightly. There are gall bladder flushes, colon cleansers, kidney flushes and the question of what order to do them. As hypothyroids, we don't detox as well as others but unless you get some expert advice I would be cautious. My daughter did the liver flush with apple juice, olive oil and epsom salts which opens up the ducts but I'm not that motivated myself. One person recommended Dr. Schulzes whose cleanses were safe. herbdoc.com/revolutionary-j...
You could look up the adrenal cocktail for support.
I just feel im in bad shape( long story). I have very vague rash & bit itchy, concerning! Il have to check with keniesioligyst again at dome point as previosly noted i wasnt in good place for detoxing liver but needed it

And yesterday the psiriosis i had years ago turned up!!! I see this as a positive i think as daft as sounds, been surpressiin too long
Hi Jeppy. I have been drinking Tulsi tea (holy basil) not daily but 3-4 times a week to help my adrenals. My Indian dentist mentioned it and as it doesn't seem to have any harmful ingredients figured it couldn't hurt. I'm a believer in herbal teas- my most common one is chammomile and if I have stomach probs then peppermint.
I see you are catching on, lol. It is really a maze and you can wander for ages but I think the proteolytic enzymes were most helpful and using digestive enzymes in combination with them may clean up amyloids in the bloodstream. Maybe your psoriasis is being exposed for a purpose and almost always related to the gut issue.
If you've had a bad food poisoning in the past (and who hasn't) this can cause SIBO. Small Intestine Bacterial infection. You are not supposed to have bacteria in that area of the bowel. Constipation can also back up the bacteria into that section. Doctors use remaxifen against that because it is an antibiotic that stays in the intestines. There are also herbals that can be used like berberine.
I hope when you get results from your scan there is someone who can understand and help you. I can give you names from the SIBO summit if any of this resonates with you.
I didn't see this one, oh yes please that would be great, Thankyou so much
Slight hitch I don't get the imago tomorrow as a technical, hitch!!!! Disappointing, There's another similar one called Moro bioresenance and I know she's great, bit of a long trek away though but will try head there, hahaha I'm such a soggy stressed mess when I arrive I can't think it helps ๐๐
Really, interesting stuff but still foggy with what's what, really keen to see about the vegas nerve reversal thingy, want to get the enzymes for sure, surely we all do.? x
