Can Betaine HCI be taken at same time as pro & pre probiotics?

With being Hashi I have Betaine (Lamberts) and have an enzyme, pro & pre biotic, wholefood & essential co-factors mix (Natures Plus GI Digestive Wellness)

Can they taken together at the same time. Since the instructions advise to take both with food, I wondered would they work against each other, will I still get benefits from both?
