I think you can see from the result that it says "Insufficiency" so no, it's not good.

The Vit D Council recommends a level of 100-150nmol/L so you need to supplement with D3 and it's important cofactors Vit K2-MK7 and magnesium.

I will give suggestions for dose and brands if you like, just ask.

OK, well with your level I would suggest taking 5000iu D3 for 6-8 weeks then reduce to 5000iu alternate days. Retest 3 months after starting.

Once you've reached the recommended level (100-150nmol) then you'll need a maintenance dose which may be 2000iu daily, maybe more or less, maybe less in summer than winter, it's trial and error so it's recommended to retest once or twice a year to keep within the recommended range (November and April are good times).

There are important cofactors needed when taking D3

vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems.

D3 and K2 are fat soluble so should be taken with the fattiest meal of the day, D3 four hours away from thyroid meds.

Magnesium helps D3 to work and comes in different forms, check to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds

Check out the other cofactors too.

As you don't have Hashi's then taking D3 softgels will be cheaper than an oral spray. Very good value are Doctor's Best, and they only contain 2 ingredients - D3 and extra virgin olive oil.

An excellent K2-MK7 is Healthy Origins, again only the 2 ingredients - K2-MK7 and extra virgin olive oil. You can get cheaper ones but they have lots of unnecessary extra ingredients which I personally try to avoid.

Magnesium, not easy to suggest one as the form of magnesium you need may be different from that which I need. I use magnesium citrate and use a powder form (mixed with OJ) and keep an eye on Amazon as the price changes quite often, I jump in when it's lowest

If you don't need the laxative effect then a different form may be better for you.

Is vitamin K2 - MK7 the same thing?

The vitamin is called K2 - MK7. The MK signifies what it's made of, 7 is natural and 4 is synthetic. :)

And is there places to get these cheaper or the same Sups but different brands, as these are quite expensive

You'll have to do some comparing. I doubt you'll get Doctor's Best D3 cheaper than Dolphin Fitness and they do free P+P. I do comparisons and those links I gave are the cheapest as far as I know.

The Healthy Origins K2-MK7 is a US brand and not many places sell it here in the UK. Amazon do it for £29.95 plus postage compared to £24.65 plus postage at BigVits. There is a smaller size (60 count) but the 180 size is far better value. K2-MK7 isn't a cheap supplement anyway. As I said, I go for quality and as few unnecessary excipients/fillers as possible. Go cheap and you'll get those in abundance including any side effects they may bring. Sometimes we can't avoid them, but having them in every single supplement we take isn't a good idea in my book. Sometimes we have to prioritise.

The Doctor's Best softgels are a small capsule you swallow, not a gel you apply topically.

Can’t I just get vitamin tablet

Do you mean

a multivitamin tablet, if so the answer is no, they're useless. If you mean a Vit D tablet then the softgel is best. It contains oil that D3 needs to be absorbed, tablets can't contain oil, they just use excipients to form the tablet.
