Can anybody relate? Since becoming hypothyroid (hash’s) and being treated with Levo 75mg (sept 17) I’m finding that I get slight muscle twitches in my body such as thighs including my face, nose chin cheek lip lots of places! They aren’t obvious but are rather annoying! Some days I get none other days more!
Could this be thyroid related? I have had other weird neuro symptoms but no diagnosis and normal MRI.
At a loss for the reason behind it!

The range is huge. Where in the range was it? If it was below 500, it's too low. If it's under 200, you need testing for Pernicious Anemia. Perhaps you didn't take the right supplements - or not enough of them. Did you have your folate tested, as well?
In your previous post from 3 months ago you were very under medicated.
Did you get 25mcg dose increase ?
If so have you been retested again since. Likely ready for futher increase
All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting.
If on Levothyroxine, don't take in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Essential to test thyroid antibodies, FT3 and FT4, plus vitamins
Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies
Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.
I found my eye twitches disappeared when I took a Magnesium supplement. I am not sure if my levels were low but the magnesium supplement has stopped my eye twitches.
