My Mum has been battling with Thyroid, auto immune, Anaemia, suspected Hashimotos Encephalopathy, Lupus.
Please could someone advise anything untoward on these tests. Some are latest, others, from Nov.

Hi there, sometimes it takes a little while for forum users to reply-hang on in there and someone will advice.😊😊
Her vit d and folate are low. No B12?
Do you realise you've posted this four times? I think maybe you should delete the other three.
No - the blood test results are different on each post.
nonconventional I see your Mum has a ferritin level of 7 - which is dismal! What’s being done to address the anaemia?
Did the doctor test FT3 and FT4 at all? How much levothyroxine is she taking?
Sorry to hear this.
Is your Mum taking steroids for the Hashimotos Encelopathy? This might influence the results of other blood tests.
Hi nonconventional, You are such a kind and loving daughter to help your Mum. What are her doctors saying about her positive ANA and DS DNA and what are they doing about it? Positive ANA and DS DNA can be produced by people with Lupus, RA, or other diseases. Positive DS DNA can be produce by people with those diseases, as well as viruses such parvo virus, other viruses, autoimmune hepatitis, or myeloma. Have these diseases been eliminated as cause of her symptoms and blood results?
I don't see thyroid antibodies TPO and TG listed in the blood results that you posted, unless I missed them? Can you type in her results? People with Graves can also get HE, too. She would have to have elevated thyroid antibodies in order to have Hashimoto's Encelopathy. What are her symptoms indicating HE? If she has HE, there are no exact diagnostics for this disease, but is diagnosed more so by symptoms. One way to tell if she has HE if she has suspicious symptoms and then is to treat with steroids, resulting in response to those steroids. This is often how HE is determined. IV immunoglobulin G (IVIG) is used to treat HE. It's usually a short term course and has a very good success rate.
