Can anyone give me updated protocol/guidelines regarding vitamins and minerals.

Do you have test results for B12 - Folate - VitD ?? Only then can I suggest ...

As you are in India the test measurement for VitD is ng/L - so 45 is not far away from the minimum of 60. B12 is also acceptable ! Folate should be mid-range ....
