Hello everyone,

I am new here, so just keeping it simple for now. I need help.

T4-v = 21.13; range 10-21

TSH = 0.09; range 0.40-4.00

T3-v = 4.79; range 3.50-6.50

Tygl = 12.9; range <55

TyglAb = <15; range <60

TSHRAb = 0.34; range <0.55

TPOAb = <28; range <60

If anyone could help me understand these, please do. Thank you very much!!

It would help us to interpret your results if you could tell us if you are diagnosed with a thyroid condition and if you are on any thyroid meds, if so what dose.

All the following are below their limits so there doesn't appear to be any problem with any of them (not sure what the first two are, I don't think you're in the UK and I've not seen those before)

Tygl = 12.9; range <55

TyglAb = <15; range <60

TSHRAb = 0.34; range <0.55

TPOAb = <28; range <60

Hello, oh sorry! You are correct.

I had TT a year ago becouse I was diagnosed with Graves disease in 2014 and my meds did not work anymore. Pathology report concluded both papillary and medullary carcinomas of the thyroid with BRAF positive gene mutation and NRET gene mutation. I have TED and I am RAI avid.

I take 150 mg Levo in the morning.

I am afraid that Graves is back becouse my antibodies are on the rise and my T4-v is too high, but I am not sure. My endo does not do anything, my onco wants to bomb me with more radioactive iodine, but I am really scared for my eyes. I already use a thick gel 5-6 times a day for me TED eyes.

I hope this helps.

OK, I am hypo and have no experience of Graves disease I'm afraid.

So that the right people can help, can you edit the title of your thread to include "Graves Disease" then hopefully you will get some help.

You can edit your post by clicking on the down arrow beneath your message V then choose EDIT, make the change to your title, then click the green button EDIT RESPONSE,
