Do you have a thyroid problem? Are you on Levothyroxine?

Had folate, vitamin D and ferritin tested too?

If you aren’t supplementing Vitamin B12 then a high level in a blood test result may mean liver problems. (Some GPs don’t seem to know this though so you may need to suggest it...)

Do please get yourself checked out by a doctor.
