Would be helpful to have the range for TSH. Most likely, It’s no cause for worry but if your TSH has previously and consistently been around 2.57 and you’ve felt well all that time, and now don’t with lower TSH, then it’s possible that a lower dose might help you feel better. It’s very individual. Do you know what other levels are?

Have you done anything different? Did you have the test first thing in the day before breakfast and avoid taking Levo for 24 hours before test ?

Poor you. The tests have never helped me much to be honest. I’ve usually adjusted by symptoms not tests! The symptoms you describe are ones that I’ve had if dose has been too high for me, but your symptoms could be very different to mine. Good luck.

Don't worry about your TSH. It is irrelevant once you are on thyroid hormone replacement. TSH doesn't make you feel anything, whether it is high or low. It is T3 that makes you feel symptoms, and yours is low, I'm guessing, but we need the ranges! We always need ranges to interpret blood test results because they vary from lab to lab.

In any case, your FT3 is a lot lower than your FT4, so you have a conversion problem. I would say you do need to lower your levo, but replace it with a little T3. But a TSH test would never tell you that.
