Hi can anyone help me with these blood tests ?

Can you say if you are diagnosed with a thyroid condition and if you are on any thyroid meds and the dose please.

I'm on no medication I have an enlarged thyroid with no nodules but the compressive symptoms. I suffer depression and my hair is thinning quite a bit x

Have you had thyroid antibodies tested previously? Your current antibody results are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease but one negative doesn't rule it out, you would need a few negatives over a period of time.

Low FT4 and FT3 with low, in range or mildly elevated TSH can suggest secondary hypothyroidism where the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus.

You may want to do some research and discuss the possibility with your GP and get a referral to a thyroid specialist. Most endos are diabetes specialists with little knowledge of thyroid disease, and as secondary hypothyroidism is not as common as primary hypothyroidism it's important that your specialist has a good knowledge of thyroid disease.
