Where in range is your ft3 and ft4 levels? Are you taking both t4 and t3 or only one of them?

I take Levo, T4 is over range and T3 just over midway.

I shall watch this thread with interest. I would love to know the FT4 and FT3 results of those people who feel well.

I take both T4 and T3 and am still struggling.

Hi Clara9, I take both T3 and T4. My last FT3 after fasting meds was 3.4 (2.3 - 4.2), FT4 was 1.4 (1,51) on the same date. My most recent labs were not with fasting meds. FT3 was 4.0 and FT4 1.35. I always keep my levels as close to this range as possible. I feel great! If my levels start changing, I always investigate why.

I also monitor my antibodies closely. If they start to change, I've realized there is always a reason. It's usually a virus or infection. The increasing antibodies can correlate with decreasing thyroid hormones. My antibodies have increased weeks before I am really sick is several instances.
