I have just been prescribed LDN in the republic of Ireland, however, it is so darn expensive for a low dose. Does anyone know where to get it cheaper? I know some online pharmacies do it if you have a script. I can't afford the 130 per month. Thanks

By 50mg tablets. Add 50ml distilled water and store in fridge in a dark bottle. And use a syringe to dose it. This is how I've done it. I think the tablets are much cheaper then having it pre made by a compounding pharmacy.
Hi Naomi8, has LDN worked well for you? I saw from earlier posts you've been taking for a couple of years at least. I'd love to know how and what symptoms it's improved (my hair quality with hashis is getting worse and worse).
I have been taking LDN for nearly 3 years, working up to 4mls very recently from an iinitial .5mls.I stayed on 3.5 for ages,as recommended by anecdotal evidence from STTM.
I started 2 years of T3 at the same time I started LDN & was GF for quite a while.I felt the best for a long time(had been on thyroxine for 16 years.)
Now I'm on NDT & have just raised to 3 grains,as well as raising LDN to 4mls.I am also being much more consistent with 2,000 B12,2,000 D3 with K,folate & iron with vit C.
Will get blood tests shortly & pay for antibodies test,as NHS have refused me that test several times(Had raised antibodies on diagnosis in 1997)
Have good days & bad.Stopped T3 only because my hair follicles shut down.Didn't shed alot of hair, just stopped growing new hair.
Hi, a lot of ppl in the U.S get their needs in Canada, i know they are far cheaper than here in U.S. i live near border, near niagara falls, many in my area do. Hope it helps!
Contact Dickson chemist here in Rutherglen Glasgow. Google their web site as they supply LDN worldwide. They should be able to help with Doctors who supply private prescriptions
This is common knowledge and not a secret so no need to pm me !
