TSH 0.2

I have had a goitre for a few years now - largest nodule was 4cm the last time it was checked, have had two FNA’s first one was inconclusive. The second one indicated all was ok. Last weekend I went to local A&E with a racing heart beat and high-ish blood pressure, not really feeling right. Was told to see GP on Monday which I did. He did ECG - all ok and took bloods. He phoned me this afternoon to say my thyroid is fine as TSH is 0.2 (0.4-4.5). This is lower than last June when it was 0.48. GP says he has was looking for a high TSH which would have indicated my thyroid was not right. My heart rate has calmed but I have very shaky hands and just feel quite below par - not much energy. Any suggestions?

Post your full thyroid bloods test results with the ranges include what medication you were taking at the time for answers OK.

Do not have results for two other blood tests. Just the TSH which appears to be low. Not on any medication. Feeling quite anxious
