Sehersidd, This is a thyroid forum, not a weight loss forum. Do you have a thyroid condition?

You posted this question after your question asking why no one had answered your question!

I would suggest posting some information about your thyroid journey so far - I assume that you have a thyroid problem as this is a group for people with thyroid disease - this will help people to better offer support and information.

Hi Sehersidd,

Sorry I'm not familiar with the product but I can tell you for many years I tried all sorts of diets and concoctions in the battle to loose weight.

One of the main things I have learned is that weight will probably not shift until you are adequately medicated and your TSH is below 1.

Are you hypothyroid? Would you have your blood tests results and ranges?

One of the most frustrating aspects is the weight gain and it can often be soul destroying. But there is hope, I have had great results in losing weight but you have to start at the beginning.

First lower TSH, then supplement any vitamins required (you cannot fix a body that's unwell), gut health - many use probiotics or kefir.

Hi Seresidd

You are on a hypothyroidism forum, a TSH is one of the blood tests used.

Have you looked up intermittent fasting, keto or low carb diets they may help you.
